Tiny mini mound of ripple edged lancolate leaves which are yellow in the sun and green in the shade. The small leaves are about 1” x 2.25" with contrasting edges. Purple flowers on short stems in July and August. Full to filtered shade in average soil well drained. Grows to about 6"-8" high. Considered a fast spreader to 16+ inches in 10 years. Divides easily. Excellent for rock gardens, fairy gardens and all small spaces. Very effective in mass planting. Sky comments: This is a miniature version of my oldest hosta Zones: 4-9.
