Refund policy
For non perishable goods we have a 72 hour return policy, which means you have 72 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, or in its original packaging it came in. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@miniforest.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Plants cannot be returned are are classified as perishable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us with your order number and item you will be returning with the reason why.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Plants are NOT refundable.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (examples are as followed; food, flowers, or plants).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns gift cards.
Out of stock items.
We are a busy single person ran nursery. Sometimes our inventory is wrong online. If in the event that an item is out of stock, we will refund you accordingly.
Refunds.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
IF YOUR SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED OR LOST:
Due to conditions beyond our control, plants become your property once they are given to the carrier. If there is a delayed, damaged or lost shipment, file a claim with your carrier immediately and notify us so we can assist you with your claim. We must be notified within hours of delivery.
